Norbert Rotgn German Environment Minister of the dire consequences of the failure of efforts to protect the climate at the global level.

Will be held on Sunday in the German capital Berlin, the second session of the Conference on "Dialogue for the climate of Petersburg." Participants in the conference which is held over two days by experts from 35 countries.
